Investment management
Our investment team has broad expertise in both local and international markets. Thanks to excellent, long-standing relationships in the market and professional research, which forms the basis for our forecasts and thus for our investment strategies and investment decisions, combined with continuous exchange with risk management, we are able to find the optimal investment opportunity.
Own KVG
We have had our own KVG since 2014 and therefore cover the entire investment spectrum of open and closed-ended special AIFs for professional and semi-professional investors as well as public AIFs for private investors. Our structuring team designs customized and individual investment solutions for German and Luxembourg structures.
Portfolio management
With a deep understanding of our investors' needs, we work with them to design successful investment strategies. We offer comprehensive management of the real estate portfolio, taking all interdisciplinary and strategic aspects into account - individually for each fund.
Asset management
Our professional and precise asset management is based on the comprehensive real estate expertise of our asset managers and their detailed knowledge of the respective markets. We have also had our own branch in the Netherlands since 2019. This enables us to guarantee local optimization of our range of services and targeted local support for our investors.
Fund management
Our fund management team manages the investment assets of our investors and is responsible for strategic financial and liquidity management as well as reporting. All legal matters relating to the companies (e.g. administration of contracts, drafting of shareholder resolutions, auditing of annual financial statements, coordination with auditors) are brought together and managed here.
Risk management
Our risk management has a specially established risk management system that serves to identify, measure and manage relevant risks on an ongoing basis. Regular monitoring of the most important parameters at market, fund and investment level and specific recommendations for action are made. In direct exchange with the transaction, asset and portfolio managers, we thus ensure risk minimization at all levels.
Investor support
In addition to transparent investor communication, the efficient management of closed-end funds is a high priority. All questions relating to payouts, taxes, inheritance matters and share transfers are answered by our competent and experienced team of employees, who have been providing our investors with continuous support for many years.
