For more than four decades, Hannover Leasing has stood for tailor-made and efficient investment solutions as a real asset investment manager independent of banks and corporate groups. Our company is based in Munich (Pullach) and thus has its finger on the pulse of the times. Our customers benefit from our excellent long-standing relationships and our broad expertise in the local and international markets.

We have had our own KVG since 2014 and therefore cover the entire investment spectrum of open and closed-ended special AIFs for institutional investors as well as public AIFs for private investors. Our structuring team designs customized and individual investment solutions for German and Luxembourg structures.

Founded in 1981 - Our company name is derived from one of our founding companies (Hannover Re) and the original company core ("Leasing"). However, we have always been rooted in Munich (Pullach) and in the real estate industry.

With over 40 years of successful corporate history and more than 11 billion euros in capital raised since the company was founded, we see this as an obligation. An obligation to invest and grow the capital entrusted to us with foresight and care over the long term. Our self-image as a "real asset investment manager" supports us significantly in this.

In total, the Hannover Leasing Group manages assets of around EUR 6 billion, of which around EUR 2 billion are managed by the KVG. The majority of investors come from Germany, Europe and Asia. Our investment focus is on real estate in Germany and abroad.

As CEO, Oliver Priggemeyer has been responsible for the market side at HANNOVER LEASING since October 2023, in particular the areas of investment, portfolio and asset management, sales and structuring. Oliver Priggemeyer has many years of experience in managing companies in the real estate sector. He has held various top management positions, including as Managing Director of the HT Group, as COO of IVG Immobilien AG/Office First Immobilien AG, as CEO of IC Immobilien Holding AG and at EPM Assetis (now: Apleona) as Spokesman of the Management Board.

Oliver Priggemeyer

Frank Danielzik has been Group Head of Finance at Corestate Capital Group since January 1, 2024. In addition, he took over the position of CFO of the Hannover Leasing Group on October 1, 2024 and is responsible for finance and IT in this role.
With over 20 years of professional experience, he has extensive expertise in the areas of finance, M&A, restructuring and transformation processes in national and international companies in various industries.

Frank Danielzik

Managing Director (CFO)

Stefan Ziegler has over 25 years of experience in various management positions at KGAL, where he most recently served as Managing Director for 10 years. His responsibilities included structuring national and international investments for institutional investors. Stefan Ziegler then worked in the management of a single family office, where he was significantly involved in M&A transactions and built up a portfolio of social real estate.

We see physical climate risks and transformation risks not only as a challenge, but also as an opportunity to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.
