In the opinion of Hannover Leasing [GmbH & Co. KG], the advertising documents for the current fund products, which are available here in the service area under "Download," comply with the relevant provisions of Section 31 (2) of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) and the Securities Services, Conduct, and Organization Ordinance (WpDVerOV) in their currently applicable versions.
Independently of this, the respective sales office must independently check whether the advertising documents comply with the provisions of the WpHG and the WpDVerOV, as only the sales offices know their customers and can therefore assess whether the documents are suitable for investors.
